The Garch Optimizer*

Well, in this article I will introduce you to the non-working world of the garchs.

The garchs, specifically, are web pages, apis, gadgets, etc. that don´t work. This ussually happens because people who developed them screwed up at some point of the process.

For example: a swf ad that has an incorrect link. An awfully crafted piece of e-mail, a web form that when you send it it redirects you to a page that sais "404 fuck you!".

Then, this tends to happen at critical hours, like lunch, 9am when your still yawning, making some curious PS mock up, or when you are having your coffee discussiing with your girlfriend which movie are you going to watch tonite: "Wall E", says her. "Fight Club" says you.

Puff, back to the topic:

When this things -apis, web pages - don´t work properly or look like hell, it´s time to call the Garch Optimizer. This commonly unknown character has the specific function of "fix other´s mistakes". The situacions are ussually de following:

"hey, i´ve received the banner. The link does not work"

"Fuck, this form is making cualquier!!"

"Crap, the typo is awful there, look like shit on the corner of the html"

"Is that the logo? I think it´s so crappy it´s melting my brand new Core2 Quad Processor"

In these situations, one needs to call the Garch Optimizer.

- "Hey, Garch Optimizer... This is a garch, it does not work... Can you fix it?"

- "Of course. You´ll have it this afternoon"

- "But I need it for yesterday!"

So the Garch Optimizer, under crappy conditions, with no materials and only a big problem, fixes the garch, so it becomes not a garch... it becomes a working banner, nice email, online and fine web form, etc.
